Happy Monday. You though you were gonna slack just cause it's a holiday? HA! GOYB now! Today's goal is to do one more than you did last time.

  1. Was doin the holiday beach thing@5:30... including a corona w/lime. Good thing u didn't know about that BEFORE HAND!

    Still can't seem to do more than 16 PUs in a row. But, I did: 70 WM, 16 PUsm 50 JAX, 16 PUs, 300 leg raises )back, side, front), 16 PUs, 175 CRU, 10 burpies.
