I seem to have misplaced my leg warmers....
Maniac: I did it, and mercifully, for those who actually view this site, decided against turning on the web cam for it. I was laughing myself silly by the end of it.Back Leg Raises- 20 each legSide Leg Raises - 20 each legBicycle - 20 Pushups - 40 (2 sets of 20)Leg Climbers - 10 each leg - this actually surprised me, they didn't hurt nearly as much as I was expecting, I must be getting in better shape!I got a picture of NummyMuffinCoocolButter being my task master, but it doesn't appear you can post pics to comments.
did all and more...never did find leg warmers OR leotard...but that was a fab workout song of the day. i listened about 5x! HA...seriously
