Wednesday Textercising

Ok, kids. I'm sick of our usual routine. Let's mix it up.

  2. Maniac: I did it, and mercifully, for those who actually view this site, decided against turning on the web cam for it. I was laughing myself silly by the end of it.

    Back Leg Raises- 20 each leg
    Side Leg Raises - 20 each leg
    Bicycle - 20
    Pushups - 40 (2 sets of 20)
    Leg Climbers - 10 each leg - this actually surprised me, they didn't hurt nearly as much as I was expecting, I must be getting in better shape!

  3. did all and more...never did find leg warmers OR leotard...but that was a fab workout song of the day. i listened about 5x! HA...seriously
