ReplyDeleteOk here is what I did (albeit WAY past 5:30pm): warm up w.Paul, 50 windmills, 20 PUs, 50 JAX, 16 PUs, 300 various leg raises, 20 PUs, 210 crunches invarious positions (kinky), 16 PUs.

ReplyDeleteI should have been more clear, i did the modified ones on a step, not all the way on the ground. My knees still can't take the ones on the ground. But I did do the pushup and clap over my head and yeah YEAH! like I'm tough or something on each one. I think the cats are still hiding.
