Textercising update

Uh-oh, haven't heard from any of my minions today, hope I didn't kill anyone. Here is my update for today:

  • Standing Side Leg Raises: 20 each side and back
  • Crunches: 100
  • Squats: 30
  • Side Lunges: 20 each side
  • Pushups/Leg Climbers: Substituted 50 Burpies
  • Warm up dance:

    Ok here is what I did (albeit WAY past 5:30pm): warm up w.Paul, 50 windmills, 20 PUs, 50 JAX, 16 PUs, 300 various leg raises, 20 PUs, 210 crunches invarious positions (kinky), 16 PUs.

  2. I cannot BELIEVE you did F-I-F-T-Y burpees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I can barely do 5.

  3. I should have been more clear, i did the modified ones on a step, not all the way on the ground. My knees still can't take the ones on the ground. But I did do the pushup and clap over my head and yeah YEAH! like I'm tough or something on each one. I think the cats are still hiding.
